  I lost my phone and Bree at the Verizon store helped me through all the steps to try locate it, then locked it in case someone took it. It had a lot of my work info that was confidential. Then she took me thru my options, I chose to go through insurance to replace my phone as quick as possible and continue paying off the one I lost. .she set up my new phone and retreived my information ....all is right in my world again.   Bri and Heather were absolutely amazing! They were helpful and made sure that we left with the phones we wanted and made sure we were prepared to use them. They were friendly and helpful and it was an all around great experience! Thank you Bri and Heather!!
